Why should people be interested in my subculture?
I don't care if they're interested or not. There interest isn't the reason I'm righting this; my GPA is the reason I'm righting this. If they want to be open minded and understand something other than football and basketball then they'll be interested
Why is my subculture important?
It important to me because I've spent my entire life around pools and the swimming/diving and the water. My major is Aquatics and thats what I plan to do with the rest of my life; that reason alone holds enough importance
What should outsiders know?
They should know that there is this whole other world out there under the water and that involves that water. More that half of the world is formed of water, as is the human body, one would think people would show more interest fr such a thing that has such an impact on their lives. Granted I'm talking more abot swimming and pool, but doesn't everyone swim or know someone who swims. Shouldn't people understand the importances of the water, how is works, and how to conrol it safely
